Material for DSC (R) Series FGD pump
We have developed a new type of material - duplex phase stainless white iron - which is especially suitable for FGD units. With the anti-abrasion property of duplex stainless steel and the corrosion resistance of high chromium white cast iron, the material is qualified for FGD process.
1. The pump housing, the pump cover and the adapter plate pressure bearing parts, which are made of ductile iron, and lined with rubber.
2. The impeller, suction cover / front liner liner duplex stainless white iron phase.
3. The front liner, the liner back, back liner inserts are made of natural rubber, which has good corrosion resistance, light weight and low cost.
